Our core capabilities are in injection molding, die casting and aluminum extrusions. We offer very quick turn around on our tooling and are typically able to have first article parts in 30-40 days. We specialize in small to medium sized jobs. Often Chinese factories and brokers will only be interested in very large volume production. We have purposely set up our factories to meet the needs of our smaller clients.

Typically, our customers like to test the waters of overseas sourcing. SinotechUSA is happy to let customers take small steps. We usually start with one or two parts. Later, our customers often ask us to do more and more of the project. Add a label, assemble two parts together, put the product in a retail package….we are willing and able to serve the customer to whatever level they need.

We are ISO9002 certified and take quality very seriously. All of our parts are 100% inspected in our facility before final packaging. Even parts that are produced by our ISO approved sub-suppliers are all inspected in our facility. We want to assure that we exceed the quality expectations of our customers.

Our tooling is very cost competitive. We can typically create your tooling for 40% - 50% less than the cost of US manufactured tooling. We make all of our tools out of high quality steel. With steel tooling we are able to offer the best quality parts. Steel tooling also allows us to easily make changes to tool. This is very important with a new product where changes are common. With steel tooling, you can also go directly into higher volume production. There is no need to replace a prototype aluminum tool. We guarantee all of our steel tooling for the life of the project. There are never any yearly maintenance fees or repair charges.
